What is Launch in Lisbon?

Launch in Lisbon is a soft landing program designed for anyone who has recently arrived in Portugal or is planning to relocate to establish or expand a business. It’s the perfect passport to Lisbon’s innovation ecosystem, helping participants understand the local business environment, regulations and connect with entrepreneurs, investors, and key ecosystem players.

When does it take place?

The next edition runs from November 3–6, 2025, perfectly timed to coincide with the Web Summit — giving participants the chance to make the most of Lisbon’s most vibrant week of innovation and networking.

Over four immersive days, participants will have access to:
